  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

We currently ship to:

  • Selected international destinations (where available)

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

5. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

6. Delivery Requirements

  • A person authorized to accept delivery must be available at the delivery address.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply if a shipment must be re-delivered due to incorrect address details.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photographs of any damaged items or packaging.

  3. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Large, Heavy, or Custom Orders

Construction materials, equipment, bulk orders, and custom-made products may require:

  • Extended processing times

  • Additional delivery arrangements

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

10. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of products passes to the customer upon full payment and successful delivery. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address.
